Keith earned Associates degrees in Science and Holistic Health from the International Professional School of Bodywork in Pacific Beach, California, and has been practicing for over 20 years.

Keith’s specialized niche is in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sensory Repatterning. He will take you through an evolution of deep tissue work to release dysfunctional patterns in your body. He utilizes techniques grounded in holistic health to enhance Physical, Energetic, Emotional, Psychological, and Spiritual well-being.

Aree was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and has been practicing and teaching Thai and Deep Tissue massage in the San Diego area for almost 10 years. Aree provides individualized massages using a variety of modalities in each session to get the desired results.

Sam is a Structural Integration practitioner who used the Rolf method of SI. Prior to her four years of bodywork, she obtained her B.S. in kinesiology and has 10 years of fitness experience.

Sam uses the traditional 10 series that Ida Rolf invented to help align the body with gravity to create a more balanced whole. This holistic bodywork will pinpoint compensation patterns that your body may be experiencing so you can move and feel better.
